Faculty and stakeholders participate in the Continuous School Improvement Process
(CSI) annually to develop our Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA). The CNA is
an analysis of school data (demographic data, student learning data, perceptual data,
school processes and understanding our history) to identify school needs, contributing
causes and areas for improvement. Together, we come to an agreement of what our
focus will be as we develop our School Improvement Plan (Academic Plan) to provide a
path to improve student achievement, and work toward our school, complex and State
Visions.
