On April 9, 2025 one student from each class was recognized for their hard work in the third quarter! Congratulations to all of the students
The Honolulu District Speech Festival was on April 5, 2025 at McKinley High School. These students memorized their stories or poems and put in their own effort, showing self-efficacy, Growth -Mindset, and exemplified GRIT, our word of the month. They listened to each other, encouraged each other, accepted constructive feedback and made changes to improve their performance. They are learners, teachers and leaders and are outstanding Kuhio citizens now and in the future.
April 2, 2025: Five students from Grade 2 represented Kuhio at the Honolulu District Science Fair at the Neil Blaisdell Center.
On February 12, we welcomed families to our library to view students' science projects. In addition to exploring the projects, they also had the opportunity to build a robot! Thank you to all the families who joined us—we appreciate your support and enthusiasm for science!
